Lisheng Wang is Technical Adviser Director of China association of pharmaceutical biotechnology, Standing committee member of regenerative medicine committee of Chinese medical biotechnology association, standing committee of gene therapy professional committee and Vice chairman of hematology translational medicine committee of Chinese anti-cancer association.
He holds his medicine doctor in pathophysiology from the academy of military medical sciences.
He was a visiting scholar at School of Medicine, Indiana University and was a visiting professor at the national medical center in Los Angeles (City of Hope).He has rich experience in stem cell and gene therapy and undertaken more than 20 research projects, including "national key research and development program" and "national major special project for new drug innovation" and 3 clinical approvals for new drugs. He has won 1 national science and technology progress second prize, 3 provincial science and technology progress first prize. He participated in the compilation of 5 monographs. He has published more than 80 SCI papers in Blood and other SCI journals. He has obtained four Chinese invention patents.
